Is Codex Dream Skin an OpenAI feature?
No. It is an independent community project. Codex Skin Lab is also independent and does not imply endorsement.
Does a theme recipe install itself?
No. Our recipe is reviewable data. Applying an immersive skin requires separately reviewed upstream code.
Will my uploaded image leave the browser?
No. The current builder reads and previews the image locally. It does not send it to an upload endpoint.
What should I do after a Codex update?
Restore stock Codex first, verify the official app, then check current upstream compatibility before reapplying a skin.
Can I use any artwork?
Use work you created, licensed, or have permission to use. A public download does not grant rights to third-party characters or photographs.
