Dream Skin does not import ZIP files. Unzip this pack into ~/Library/Application Support/CodexDreamSkinStudio/themes/<theme-id>/ on macOS, or %LOCALAPPDATA%\CodexDreamSkin\themes\<theme-id>\ on Windows. Then select it from the Dream Skin menu bar or system tray.
