Restore the default Codex appearance

Restoring closes Dream Skin and reopens Codex with its regular appearance. You can keep the theme files.

macOS

Save your work, open Terminal, and run:

~/.codex/codex-dream-skin-studio/scripts/restore-dream-skin-macos.sh \
  --restore-base-theme --restart-codex

Windows

Save your work, open PowerShell, and run:

powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -File "$env:LOCALAPPDATA\CodexDreamSkin\engine\scripts\restore-dream-skin.ps1" `
  -RestoreBaseTheme -PromptRestart

Check the result

Open Codex from its regular shortcut and check Home, tasks, and the composer. The restore is complete when the background is gone and Dream Skin is no longer running.
